Once a project specification is formed, we rapidly form drawing packages, network requirement tables, and meet with all other contractors to ensure arrurate and on-time installation, all while provinding progress reports to keep track of key milestones

Training

Often key to a successful deployment, Candeo Vision offer unlimited free training on all systems that we install and support, and can tailor this to different users groups, from standard everyday operation to administrator and power user levels

Smartcare Support

Dedicated AV helpdesk and ticketing systems, preventative maintanence visits, loan equipment, help with manufacturer RMA processes, and onsite technicians, all delived by a team with over 20 years experience

Consultation

  • Our consulatative approach means services and solutions tailored to your needs - the first stage is to understand your current experiences and assess both existing successes and existing problems.

  • Understanding who the key stakeholders and users are within the organisation, we can form a full picture of the requirements, and build a narrative for a solution.

  • We can usually present several options for consideration, and advise those that offer best performance or best value for money.

Implementation

  • We work closely with a selection of the major fit-out contractors and architects, to seamlessly align the building programme with the AV deployment.

  • Before the site work begins, we provide comprehansive drawing packages, with detailed provision for power, data, containment and other essential information. During the installation, progress is rigourously reviewed and details double checked before handing over a fully commissioned AV system.

  • A working AV system is the start of what we hope will be a long relationship; with a ful suite of training, support SLAs (including onsite and remote options) and warrany enhancements, we aim to be a long standing partner to all our clients.
